4. Fees and Payment

5. Intellectual Property and Service Access

One-time deliverables, such as logos, graphics, and business listings on platforms like Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Yelp, become the client’s property or remain under the client’s control upon full payment. JR Royal Services LLC will provide agreed-upon final files in standard formats (e.g., PNG, SVG, PDF) where applicable.

Ongoing or hosted services, including but not limited to websites, domains, SSL certificates, email systems, and booking platforms, remain the property of JR Royal Services LLC or our service providers. Clients receive access to these services while payments are current. Upon termination or non-payment, access will end.

JR Royal Services LLC also retains the right to use anonymized case studies, general methodologies, and workflows for training and marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

JR Royal Services LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Actions taken by third-party platforms
• Results beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
